We set out to fill life with joy and peace, and somewhere along the way turned it into a problem to solve: targets, comparisons, and a race whose finish line keeps moving. Life is not a puzzle. It is an experience, and experiences are lived, not solved.

Acceptance is not giving up. Before a lion leaps, it steps back and gathers all its strength into one point. The energy we waste fighting the past, other people and our own feelings comes back to us the moment the fighting stops.

If you can change something, change it. If you cannot, accept it fully. This guided meditation turns that simple idea into a practice you can return to for the rest of your life.

“What was, I accepted then. What is, I accept now. What will be, I will accept tomorrow.”

A guided meditation is listened to in one sitting, from beginning to end. It is not divided into parts you can jump to.

Before you begin

A quiet place

Choose somewhere no one will disturb you, and keep your phone outside the room.

Sit comfortably

On a chair, on the floor or against the bed, with your spine straight but not stiff.

Give it the full time

About an hour and a half, with full attention. Don’t analyse the words; just flow with them.

Let whatever comes, come

If tears come, let them. If laughter comes, let it. Nothing here is wrong.

Get it in a bundle.
