Retreat and tour participation form
Three parts: a health screening (conditions, medicines, emergency contact, mental health history, pregnancy); voluntary participation and release of liability; and photo and video consent, which you can decline.
Code of conduct
The few rules of the retreat: phones, silence colours, substances, the place, and the team’s right to ask a participant to leave for the safety or silence of the group.
Tour risk notice
Mountain travel, weather, altitude, and the role of the partner tour operator.
Donor and sponsor terms
How sponsorships and donations are used, how names appear on the supporters page only with permission, and that tax receipts are not available until registration is complete.
Corporate and institution agreement
A one-page agreement: fee, responsibilities, dates and cancellation.
Online session terms
Not treatment; cancellation; no recording of one-to-one sessions.
