What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and city when you create an account, reserve a seat, order a product or sponsor someone. Your health form when you book a retreat or tour. Payment screenshots you send us. Your progress inside the library (which lecture or chapter you are on). Basic analytics about how the website is used.

Why we collect it

To run your account and library, confirm your orders and bookings, keep you safe at retreats and tours, send you the practices and messages you asked for, and improve the website.

Who sees it

Only the Safdar Sahar team. Health forms are seen only by the teacher and the operations lead, and are deleted 12 months after the retreat. We never sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

Messages

We message you on WhatsApp and email about your orders, bookings and the practices you signed up for. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your currency and your login, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. No advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data at any time from your account, or by writing to hello@safdarsahar.pk. Deleting your account removes your personal data; purchase records are kept as required for accounting.

Children

The website and the retreats are for adults (18 and over). Children take part only in family and private programmes with their parents.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
