Refund policy
What is refundable, what is not, and how transfers work.

Store (courses, books, meditations, plans)
No refunds on digital products, because every product has a free preview. If you bought the wrong product by mistake, message us within 24 hours and we will swap it for one of equal value.
Retreats
Seven days or more before the start: full refund, or a transfer to a later retreat. Less than seven days: your choice of a 50% refund or a full transfer to any retreat within six months. Not arriving without notice: no refund. If we cancel or move a retreat: full refund or transfer, your choice.
Tours
Because hotels and vehicles are paid in advance: fourteen days or more before the start, full refund; seven to fourteen days, 50%; less than seven days, no refund unless your seat is taken by someone else, in which case we transfer your fee. If weather or road closures change the dates, we move the tour; refunds then follow the operator’s policy.
Corporate, teachers and private programmes
A 30% advance confirms the dates and is not refundable. The balance is due seven days before the programme.
Online sessions
A one-to-one session can be moved once, free of charge, with 24 hours’ notice. Later than that, or not attending, the fee is used. Group classes are not refundable; the audio recording is available to you for seven days.
How refunds are paid
To the same account the payment came from, within ten working days of our confirmation.
