A surgeon removes an ugly scar from a man’s face. The operation is a success, yet months later the man returns and says, “My face has changed, but inside I am still the same ugly, failed person.” That moment changed the thinking of the plastic surgeon Dr. Maxwell Maltz, and it is where Psycho-Cybernetics begins.

This audiobook is not a word-for-word translation. It is our own retelling of the book in Urdu and Hindi. Every chapter opens with a story, explains the idea in simple words, gives you practical exercises, and ends by opening the door to the next chapter.

You will learn how to change the picture you carry of yourself, stop feeding negative thoughts, and let the mind’s natural goal-seeking mechanism carry you towards real success.

Listen on the way to work, on a walk or before sleep. The introduction and the first three chapters are free.

About the author

An American plastic surgeon who noticed that changing a person’s face did not always change how they saw themselves. Psycho-Cybernetics, first published in 1960, grew out of that discovery.
